There's this amazingly AMAZING cupcake place close to my school named Sugarbaby's that I finally got to go to today with the homegurrl. She had the Velvet Rouge with a cherry on top one and I had the Neopolitan one. And yes, the pink frosting really did taste like strawberry, and the white like vanilla!
They were heavenly... but oh man. There's this crazy reaction your body has as soon as you finish devouring them that can only be described as a sugar overdose. Or sugar coma. But I guess it also didn't help that we hadn't had a real lunch beforehand. Just snacked on chips, (er, "crisps" for all my British mates!)
We took some photos of the ultra girly and adorable place, but couldn't get as many as we wanted 'cause we were dead tired and dying for a drink of water to calm the sugar overpoweredness that lingered in our throats.
But I'm definetely addicted now. Yes, sir.

So I think cupcakes are making a comeback because I am so obsessed with all things tiny and cupcakes are like your own personal cake...just for you. I am so obsessed with magnolias (a popular cupcake place in the city) BUT you have to wait up to an hour in line for them:(
